VITAD'S Transportation
Terms of Service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern your use of the VITAD'S Transportation website, rider account, booking tools, quote tools, payment pages, chauffeur dashboard, and related transportation services. By creating an account, submitting a request, requesting a quote, using a dashboard, or paying a fare, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement. These terms are general information and do not replace advice from a qualified attorney.
2. Accounts and security
You may create a rider account with a name, email address, and password. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may use authentication cookies, rate limits, and account controls to protect the service. Chauffeur and administrative access is limited to authorized personnel.
3. Ride requests, quotes, and confirmation
A booking request is not a confirmed reservation until the service is accepted and, when applicable, payment or deposit is successfully completed. We may validate the service area, route, date, time, vehicle capacity, passenger count, luggage, child-seat request, and chauffeur availability. Quote requests are estimates for review and may appear in a logged-in rider dashboard as quote requests that can be cancelled before becoming bookings. Quote outcomes may be communicated by phone, text, email, or through the account.
4. Scheduling and availability
You must select a future date and time. The system may reject overlapping active bookings when a chauffeur is already scheduled for the selected time window. A chauffeur may be assigned after successful payment or confirmation, and the confirmation page may display the assigned chauffeur's name and rating. Traffic, weather, vehicle availability, and operational conditions can change.
5. Pricing, coupons, and payment
Rates may depend on service type, route, distance, duration, vehicle class, minimum hours, passenger count, round-trip selection, tolls, parking, waiting, extra stops, and other trip conditions. Loyalty points may be earned from eligible completed paid rides and may unlock limited coupons under the displayed rules. Finalized fares may be paid through the Payments page, booking payment step, or notification payment action. Stripe and its payment services process card and other enabled payment methods.
6. Service area, maps, and route services
Service availability is limited by location, timing, vehicle capacity, driver availability, weather, traffic, and safety conditions. Google Maps, Places, Routes, and configured fallback routing providers may support address suggestions, maps, distance, drive-time estimates, and route previews. Map results are estimates and still require review and confirmation.
5. Passenger and luggage responsibility
You must provide accurate passenger and luggage counts. The selected vehicle has capacity limits, and we may decline or modify a trip that exceeds safe passenger or luggage capacity. Passengers must follow chauffeur safety instructions and applicable laws.
6. Child seats
A child-seat toggle records a request and does not guarantee availability. The booking customer is responsible for confirming the appropriate seat, supervising the child, and complying with applicable child-restraint laws.
8. Changes, delays, cancellation, and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel a request. A cancellation submitted at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup may qualify for a refund under the displayed ride terms. A cancellation within 24 hours may not qualify. Refunds can be pending, successful, unavailable, disputed, or subject to Stripe processing. Traffic, weather, flight disruption, mechanical issues, and other events may affect timing.
9. Notifications, ratings, and dashboards
Rider and chauffeur dashboards may display ride history, upcoming rides, payment status, route tracking, earnings, loyalty information, notifications, driver details, ratings, and written reviews. Notifications may be marked read or deleted. Ratings and comments must be truthful, lawful, and non-abusive.
8. Safety and conduct
We may refuse service when a trip presents a safety, legal, capacity, or conduct concern. Threatening, abusive, impaired, or illegal behavior is not permitted. In an emergency, call 911 first, then contact us when safe.
10. Third-party services and limitation
Stripe, Google Maps Platform, routing, email, hosting, authentication, database, security, and communications providers may support the service and have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, provider outages, or emergencies.
10. Contact
